Shipping info
STANDARD SHIPPING is used on all small items including furniture pieces unless the Premier Shipping option (only available on larger furniture pieces) is chosen on the items product page. With the Standard Shipping method your items will be placed only within the main threshold of the house. The delivery carrier will not bring item inside home or remove any packaging. Because The Casa Collection strives to make our customers happy, we also offer Premier Shipping on certain larger items.
PREMIER SHIPPING is available on most of our larger pieces. Upon delivery, the Premier Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials for you (assembly is not included). If Premier Shipping is offered on a particular item, it will be displayed under the shipping options tab on an item’s product page. Simply select the Premier Shipping option for this service.
