When transmissions are sent over an SSL connection, they cannot be intercepted, viewed or modified by other parties on the Internet. As such, customer payment information is transmitted securely. So you can feel at ease that your credit card information and other personal data will remain completely safe and confidential.

When you complete The Casa Collection's member registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. The Casa Collection may update these terms and will notify you via email or a prominent posting on this customer service page. Your continued use of The Casa Collection after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who did not provide us with an email address are encouraged to check this page periodically for any updates.
Prices and availability of our online catalog items, including those saved but not yet purchased in your shopping are subject to change. This is simply because our vendor's rates and offerings may change from time to time. If there is a pricing discrepancy in your online shopping cart, The Casa Collection will contact you before proceeding with your order.
The Casa Collection cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on site. In addition, The Casa Collection is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
Warranty
The Casa Collection offers the warranty of the manufacturer as pertains to quality, structural integrity or fabric life and will endeavor, in the case of dispute, to solve any problems arising in the end users behalf.
International Orders
The Casa Collection ships only within the 48 contiguous states. If you do live outside the continental US (including Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada), please feel free to consult a freight forwarding company, as we have no problem shipping purchased items to a freight forwarding company within the continental US that can then ship items internationally.
Shipping Methods and Charges
All payments or invoices are due prior to the scheduling of deliveries.
Small furnishings, decor accessories clothing and bedding are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
For larger items there are two forms of delivery you can chose from. Standard delivery includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. For an extra fee, you may request Premier Delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, and removal of packaging debris (Assembly service is not provided.). Shipping surcharges are noted on an item's product page and in your Shopping Cart. If Premier Delivery is available for an item, it will be presented as an option on an item's product page. Should the delivery agent not perform all aspects of the Premier Delivery service you ordered, please contact The Casa Collection at 1-888-929-CASA (2272) at the time of delivery so that we may assist you.
Please Note: If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time, most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery. Freight damages must be reported immediately. All cartons and packaging materials must be retained for inspection by carrier. Damaged merchandise will receive priority attention and be replaced as soon as possible.
You MUST be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. It is best to note the carrier company's name and number when you are contacted by them. This will be needed to make any changes or contact them for any reason including rescheduling your delivery appointment. When delivery appointments are missed, the shipping company will assess a missed appointment charge.
Delivery commitments are entered into in good faith but are not guaranteed, and The Casa Collection shall not be liable for any loss or damage occasioned by failure to deliver on the specified date howsoever caused. Nor shall failure be deemed to be breach of the Order, or any of its conditions, or part thereof. The Casa Collection reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to artisan delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. The Casa Collection will notify you in a timely fashion of any and all changes as notified by the vendors and/or shipping delivery companies.
The Casa Collection is not responsible for measuring the dimensions of elevators, hallways, doorway openings etc. necessary to accept delivery of ordered merchandise.
Force Majeure
The Casa Collection shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by reason of act of God, war, riots, fires, strikes, lockouts, cessation of labor, trade disputes, breakdowns, accidents of any kind or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of The Casa Collection whether similar to these aforementioned or not. The time of any such suspension will be added to the time of the original order.
The Casa Collection's artisans take great care in packaging their creations to ensure safe transport to your home. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your furniture and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage. (For example: the furniture is scratched, dented, cracked, fabric is torn and the box is crushed on the top corner, punctured or wet).
Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to The Casa Collection at the time of delivery by calling us at 1-888-929-CASA (2272). The Casa Collection will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.
The ownership of the goods ordered herein will only be transferred to the Purchaser upon full payment by the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall assume the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the date of delivery and must accordingly be responsible for all losses and for damages, submitting same to its own insurance from that date unless stipulations on the contrary are agreed to beforehand and in writing.
Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during the time frame scheduled with you, our customer. However, if you find that your furnishing(s) were delivered when you are not at home, please do not move the boxes. Contact The Casa Collection immediately for further instructions.
Returns/Exchanges
Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because these items have been customized to your specifications by the artisans, The Casa Collection cannot accept returns of these items.
Fabric and finish samples are available for your review. Please see our swatch policy for further information. Because custom items cannot be returned, please feel free to contact The Casa Collection before placing an order. Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.
All products that are not custom may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a store credit valid for one year from date of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. If The Casa Collection suspects an item has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded by The Casa Collection. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.) We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. The actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. A return authorization number, if approved, must accompany returns. In some cases a 25% restocking charge may apply and or a credit card refund fee.

Cancellations
Because The Casa Collection works to ship orders promptly after receiving them we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-929-CASA (2272) or customercare@thecasacollection.com within 2 business days of placing the order and a representative will work with you to try to cancel the order. Please remember there are no guarantees on cancellations. If you order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions.
Our Pricing Guarantee
Here at The Casa Collection we are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. One of the ways we like to show this is by guaranteeing our prices. This means if you find the same item with a lower price, we will meet the other stores price and beat it by 10% of the difference. (i.e. if we sell a product for $2000 and you find the exact same item for $1950 we well sell you our product for $1945). We want to make sure that you receive the lowest price when shopping with The Casa Collection.
