Placing an Order

Online Purchases. To place an order you may purchase any product at our online store at www.thecasacollection.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click on the buy now tab next to the desired product to send your product directly to your shopping cart, or you can view more information by clicking on the picture, at that point you can click on the “Add to Cart” button to send to your cart. All items will be saved in your shopping cart, you can feel free to continue shopping, and you can also update your shopping cart by removing a piece or adding more quantity to an existing piece already in your cart.

Telephone Purchases. Telephone orders can be placed Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm (eastern standard time). If you are calling after the hours of operation, please leave a detailed message and a representative will call you back immediately the next business morning. No voicemail orders will be placed until after a representative has confirmed the order in writing via fax or email.

Fax or Email Orders. We do not accept email or fax orders without a telephone confirmation before the order is placed and a signed confirmation after order is placed.

Requesting a Swatch
We are pleased to offer fabric swatches and finish samples for most of our linens and furnishings in order to help you select the right item. Simply email info@thecasacollection.com with your request and contact information and a representative will respond promptly within business hours, or for immediate assistance you may contact The Casa Collection at 1-888-929-CASA (2272), Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm (est).

A credit card is required to process your request for samples. Please note there will be NO charges placed on your credit card unless your samples are not returned within a three week time period. If they are not returned within the three week time period a $25 fee that will be charged to your credit card. The Casa Collection will provide you with a prepaid envelope to assist in returning the samples after your review.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, The Casa Collection accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal and cashier's checks and wire transfers are also accepted. If an order is purchased with a personal check, it is The Casa Collection’s policy to make all shipping arrangement after the check has cleared. RETURNED CHECKS: $25.00 penalty will be charged on all returned checks.
Those who live outside Florida will not be charged sales tax for orders placed through The Casa Collection, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state. Because The Casa Collection is located in Florida, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Florida address.
